At Fleet1st, we’ve got your back with a one-year limited warranty on every GPS tracker you purchase. This warranty covers only the original buyer and isn’t transferable. If something goes wrong with your GPS tracker during the warranty period—and you’ve used and maintained it according to the manufacturer’s instructions—we’ll repair or replace it at no extra charge. Simple as that.
However, if the issue happens because of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications, the warranty won’t apply. It’s important to follow the product guidelines to keep things running smoothly.
On top of that, we offer free lifetime technical support to help you with any questions or troubleshooting needs. Whether it’s figuring out setup or solving unexpected issues, our team of experts is just a call or email away.
Please note: The warranty doesn’t cover water damage or loss of the GPS tracker. Also, any equipment issues need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
