Orders placed online are processed through PayPal or Authorize.net, two of the most secure ways to pay online. On your billing statement, the company name will appear as “GPS Tracker Shop LLC.”
If you prefer a 100% confidential purchase, we also accept Bitcoin. Just contact us at 877-809-8544, and one of our sales reps can email or text you a Bitcoin address or QR code to complete your payment.
Prepaid gift cards are another option if you’d rather not have the company name appear on your bank or credit card statement.
When you place an online order with Fleet1st, you’re confirming that all the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. By submitting the order, you’re also agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
We respect your privacy. Your personal information, like email addresses, will never be shared with outside agencies. To get your order to you quickly, we may need to work with a fulfillment center. In those cases, we’ll only share your shipping details and contact number to ensure a smooth delivery.
For orders within the U.S., we ship within 24 hours, and you can expect delivery in 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) with insurance for $9.95. Tracking numbers will be sent within 48-72 hours of your order.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute, your privacy rights under our policy will no longer apply. In such cases, Fleet1st reserves the right to share your personal information—including order details, shipping information, and correspondence—with relevant parties to resolve the dispute.
Product Branding and Packaging
Some GPS solutions on our online store may be shipped under different branding. For your convenience and privacy, items may also arrive in discreet packaging.
