All orders are shipped discreetly, ensuring that no packaging displays the name of our company or the surveillance products ordered. We often use plain white boxes or Amazon packaging to maintain customer confidentiality. Additionally, we never share customer information, so you can be confident that your order is fully confidential.
Online ordering is available for shipments within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rate
Fleet1st offers standard shipping on all orders for $3.95 via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. For quicker delivery, customers can opt for expedited shipping for $7.95, reducing the delivery time to 2-3 business days.
How Quickly Do You Ship Products?
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day, unless it falls on a holiday, in which case the order will ship the following business day. Shipping may be delayed by one day if we need to verify the shipping address or accommodate special instructions.
Customers will receive a USPS tracking number via email within 3 business days of placing their order. For questions about our shipping policy or to check the estimated arrival of your GPS tracking products, please contact us at sales@fleet1st.io. All shipping inquiries are handled via email.

Fleet1st does not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

- Last Thursday of November: Thanksgiving
- Last Friday of November: Day After Thanksgiving

Force Majeure
Fleet1st (www.fleet1st.io) is not liable for service interruptions, delays, failures to perform, damages, losses, or malfunctions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, war, labor disputes or shortages, utility outages, power failures, explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, equipment or supply shortages, and transportation disruptions.
Fleet1st will make good faith efforts to resolve any delays or disruptions caused by these unforeseen events.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact both the shipping carrier and a Fleet1st representative for assistance. We will do our best to work with you and the carrier to update the shipping details before the product’s arrival. However, Fleet1st is not responsible or liable if the shipping information cannot be modified once the product is in transit.
Additional Notes
Our shipping department reserves the right to select an alternative carrier if it ensures faster delivery, even if the customer has chosen a specific carrier. Fleet1st will strictly follow the shipping address provided by the customer unless otherwise instructed. We are not liable for any issues resulting from the customer’s use of a forwarding address through USPS or any other mail forwarding service.
To provide efficient and timely delivery, Fleet1st may collaborate with third-party companies, manufacturers, or alternative sources such as Amazon or Walmart.com for drop-shipping. This arrangement allows products to ship directly from the manufacturer or these sources to expedite delivery. Our partnerships with these trusted companies ensure we maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
