This is the reason why we provide lifetime technical support for free on every product, including a one-year warranty on all hardware. You can rest assured our products and support team will help you get the answers you need! Our United States-based technical support team canwalk you through activation or set-up! If for some reason the tracker you purchased is found to be defective by our technicians we will replace the GPS tracking device at no cost within 365 days of the purchase date! Fleet1st guarantees its products will help you discover if a teen is speeding, a spouse is cheating, or an employee is misusing company vehicles!

Warranty Returns

All GPS tracking products sold by Fleet1st include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty-related return must be approved by a Fleet1st agent through www.fleet1st.io. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If a Fleet1st agent authorizes a return, the purchaser will receive shipping instructions along with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). This number must be included with the returned product.

If our technical support team determines the product is defective due to a manufacturer-related issue (excluding water damage), the purchaser may opt for a free replacement. Alternatively, a 30-day money-back guarantee will be offered, covering only the product’s purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs Responsibility With Returns

The purchaser is responsible for all costs related to product returns, including postage, insurance, and tracking. Fleet1st is not liable for any merchandise that is damaged, lost, or misplaced during transit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safe transportation of returned products through their chosen delivery service.

Any returns made without prior authorization or a valid RMA# will be sent back to the purchaser at their expense.

Accepted payment methods for return postage fees include Bitcoin, Venmo, money order, PayPal, or credit card. All return shipments must include shipping, handling, insurance, and tracking to ensure proper delivery.

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND COMPLETE

Due to the nature of vehicle tracking applications, Fleet1st enforces a strict no-return policy on all GPS products, surveillance systems, and related equipment.

In rare cases, a Fleet1st supervisor may approve a return. If approved, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee per item. This option is only available if the product has never been used, and the purchaser contacts Fleet1st within 14 days of purchase.

Products or GPS tracking systems that have been used, even once, are ineligible for any partial or full return, regardless of the circumstances.

Fleet1st’s return policy applies to all orders, whether placed online, manually entered by the purchaser, or provided verbally to a sales representative.
